Background: Ulrikke started her carrier in obstacle course racing late 2015 as a ‘fun runner’ with no obvious talent. Despite no immediate succes, Ulrikke fell in love with the sport and decided to go all in on a dream to become one of the best. With the support from just one person, her mother, she went full time as an OCR athlete, as the first person in Denmark to do so. Ulrikke wanted to be the example for others to see how anything is possible with hard work and dedication. 

Today Ulrikke is a World Champion across all distances in obstacle course racing. In 2024 Ulrikke cemented herself as one of the most versatile athletes when she won the Spartan Ultra World Championships (57 km), the OCR World Championships Short Course (3 km) and the OCR World Championships Standard Course (13 km). 

Ulrikke is also a European Champion and a National Champion in OCR.

Although not coming from a running background Ulrikke has established herself as a runner outside of obstacle course racing.
She’s a 4-time Danish National Trail Champion, winning both short & long distances and has represented Denmark at the Mountain & Trail Running World Championships multiple times.
